The Corner After Hours, a new winter event launching on Wednesday, February 18, brings together four Georgetown galleries for an intimate evening of art, conversation, and shared tables.

Designed as an after-hours experience, the evening unfolds across Addison/Ripley Fine Art, StudioLab RD, Calloway Fine Art, and Washington Printmakers Gallery, all located within a short walking distance of one another on the north end of Georgetown.

Participants move through the galleries over the course of the evening, enjoying a four-course tasting served in stages, with paired cocktails and wines shared by neighboring bars, and moments throughout to gather, linger, and connect. The relaxed format encourages conversation and engagement with contemporary art outside of traditional gallery hours. The evening also includes an art raffle featuring artwork from participating galleries.

The Corner After Hours marks the public launch of The Corner, a new partnership between and Addison/Ripley Fine Art and StudioLab RD, 

Conceived as an ongoing collaboration that highlights the north end of Georgetown as a connected cultural destination. By linking neighboring galleries and businesses through shared programming, The Corner aims to foster community, increase visibility for contemporary art, and create opportunities for people to experience the neighborhood in new ways.
